Like the Brains, I made a heart in 2004 (BodyParts) and I wanted a new one... same issues with the mold (though the heart mold was better behaved) and with the size.

The new heart is lovely, fresh sculpted by me and molded in a mondo three-part block mold. This version was cast and decorated very quickly (actually, during a run night, slapping some texture and color on just before a run) so I need to make a new one to really show it off.

I recently acquired a vacuum pump, so I'll be building up a nice vacuum chamber next year and hope to get some lovely degassing of my materials in the future.
