What's a BoomStick? It's a piston valve and a pneumatic reservoir -- basically, a powerful potato gun minus the "gun" part (though ... see below).

What then is the boom-stick contamination? I used the boom-stick to go "boom", encasing it in an 8" diameter PVC schedule-20 sewer pipe (which tones the boom down to a whoomp). And I used another pneumatic pressure chamber to spritz spider venom (water) all over the haunt guests, simulating a catastrophic system failure at the beginning of the haunt! Boy, are they in trouble now.

In addition to the pipes and mechanisms crossing the hall, I textured with great stuff and painted with random various paints. Beautiful work, if I do say so myself.

(The black vertical pipes, and their paint jobs, are leftovers from a previous haunt year and not my work. The yellow box is some... yellow box, goodness knows from where).
